The O'Balia thermal spa

In Balaruc-les-Bains, France's first thermal spa, we take you to discover the O'Balia thermal spa. But before telling you more about the treatments that the establishment has in store for you, we are going to take you on a journey through time.

Indeed, thermalism has been a part of the history of the city of Balaruc since Antiquity, as the resort has one of the hottest and most mineralized thermal waters in Languedoc.

Rich in bicarbonates and trace elements, it has curative virtues which are used in rheumatology, phlebology and within the framework of the recovery of high level sportsmen.

After this short presentation, we continue the dream with the Magic of Water and the Magic of Hands, which O'Balia, the first thermal spa in the Mediterranean, can boast of, combining the benefits of thermal water in two complementary areas: the pool area and the spa area.

Snuggled up in your bathrobe, come and slip into the thermal water pools at 34°C and enjoy the various facilities available: large sensory pool with hydromassage benches, counter-current swimming, hydromassage walkway, whirlpool baths, swan necks, geyser...

Don't miss the sauna and the hammam or the Onsen, a Japanese-inspired whirlpool bath nestled in a green setting bathed by a waterfall.

Then let the expert hands of the masseuses lavish you with wraps, scrubs, world rituals, slimming treatments, relaxation massages, targeted anti-stress massages, facials... Couples even have the right to their moment of well-being with a wide range of duo massages.

The little extra: When the weather is fine, the O'Balia thermal spa organises events such as evening events or summer Thursdays...

Domaine Tarbouriech

We invite you to Marseillan for the other two spas in this top 3, and more precisely to the Tarbouriech domain. The particularity of this establishment: Ostreatherapy.

It is in the wine storehouse converted into a spa of this former bourgeois winegrower's house that you can discover this thousand-year-old heritage of Chinese medicine, which is inspired by the virtues of the oyster to create massages and cosmetic products.

On the programme: wraps, baths, scrubs, modelling, massage, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi... Lost in the middle of the Picpoul vineyards, a stone's throw from the Thau basin.

The little extra: The Tarbouriech estate also offers to combine the pleasures of the body with those of the mouth in its restaurant, by the side of its heated outdoor swimming pool, and to rest in one of the 13 themed rooms.

Bulle des Sables

Hot water vapours, the scent of herbal tea, dimmed lights... A real wave of relaxation will envelop you as soon as you arrive at the Bulle des Sables spa in Marseillan.

After having had breakfast facing the sea, having strolled on the beach below the Les Méditerranées Beach Garden campsite and having taken a few swims in the heated balneotherapy area of the establishment (not exclusive to the spa), push open the door of this temple of well-being.

Simply equipped with your swimming costume (bath sheets are provided), let yourself be guided through the hammam, the sauna, the ice fountain and the herbal tea room before lying down in one of the four treatment cabins.

For a moment, relax your body during a signature treatment, 100% made-to-measure treatment, scrub, wrap, facial, treatment for all skin types, body treatment, hand treatment, foot treatment .... And enjoy the scent of the products used from Carita and Décléor.
